Ladin (Ladino in Italian, Ladwithin in Ladin, Ladinisch in German) occurs as Rhaetian language spoken in the Dolomite mountains in Italy, between the regions of Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto.
It presents modems by owning a Swiss Romansh and Friulian.

Santa Cristina (Ladin S. Crestina, German St.Christina),
Selva di Val Gardena (Ladin Sëlva, German Wolkenstein),
Badia (Ladin Badia, German Abteital),
Corvara around Badia (Ladin Curvara, German Kurfahr), and
Marebbe (Ladin Maréo, German Enneberg);
the province of Trento in the Fassa Valley at the as punishment 7 municipalities:
Canazei (Ladin Cianacei),
Campitello (Ladin Ciampedèl)
Mazzin (Ladin Mazin)
Pozza di Fassa (Ladin Poza).
Vigo di Fassa (Ladin Vich), and
Soraga (Ladin Soraga -or even- Sorega)

A Ladin spoken in the Fassa Valley (Ladin Val diamond state Facia, Italian Val di Fassa) is as well subdivided into 2 farther branches, "Cazét" (pronounced "cazet") is spoken in the northern half of the vale, whereas "Brach" (pronounced "brak"), is spoken in the southern half. For instance, inside Cazét, a stream is "ega" ("e" pronounced when within English "Elephant"), whereas around Brach these are "aga".

Livinallongo vale (Ladin Fèdom, German Buchenstein) & at
Cortina d'Ampezzo (Ladin Anpëz)
These are officially recognized around Italy & has a few official rights in the region of Trentino-Alto Adige, while it doesn't use official status in the province of Belluno (Veneto region).
